LETKA,

“Hmph… Ursy.. cold shoulder hm?” She huffed, she had to figure he was going to be more… Political about his stance with things. He had a job to do, she supposed she should understand. For now.

“Fine..” She sighed rather loudly and gave him a bit a breathing room, she figured he was getting enough dirty glares for the does as it was. While normally she didn’t personally care about how one fawn felt as far as what she did… but.. she… guessed..

For Urs, she behave.

She followed, if at a bit of distance, but not enough to give the does any fair game, Letka was far from trusting of this little rag tag group, regardless of Urs’ presence or not. “Where are we taking this little oathbreakers, hm? We could lose them in the far tunnels, perhaps an Anaconda could wake and want a nibble?” She teased her tail wagging happily behind her.

Amira

Amira ignored the rest of the chatter. She needed her sanity after all. She watched as Urs addressed the group, telling the broken herdmembers to move out. She hung close to the stag, her tail twisting as she walked. Her patience had already worn thin.

A voice rang out from behind her. “Where are we taking this little oathbreakers, hm? We could lose them in the far tunnels, perhaps an Anaconda could wake and want a nibble?” Amira tensed. She didn’t wait for a reply. She stopped suddenly, whirling around angrily. “To safety. They deserve safety Letka,” She hissed through gritted teeth. A growl rumbled in her chest. “No fawn of any background deserves such a cruel fate as to be eaten alive,” She turned back and kept walking forward. “Not even you"

Urs

These does were going to be the death of him. It was hard to keep his patience. All he career about right now was seeing these fawnlings to safety. His little 'daughter' Alluna. His friends.

The captain's attention turned to Letka as she spoke. He was about to reply when the little doe beside him piped up in a tizzy.

Groaning inwardly, Urs halted and turned to face them.

"Amira, the threats of others is just hot air. No one is going to be harmed. Not on my watch, and she only seeks the enjoyment of getting a reaction from you."

He lifted his head, eyes locking on the mischievous mistress with a very pointed look. "Letka, I expected better behavior from a lady such as yourself." He snapped lightly, voice showing his disapproval.

"So if you would kindly quit acting like a fussy little fawn, it would be much more becoming."

She had always taken pride in her attractiveness. Perhaps this would appeal to her cunning little mind to act politely.

Letka,

She was almost going to laugh at Amira, “Goodness.. has my little ol’ comment ruffled your proverbial feathers?” She cooed with the utmost glee, though Urs’ jumping in and adding his two cents…

That… Lady… comment.

Her lips wrinkled back in a nasty sneer, but a recovery came shortly after, as if an expert in the field she perked right up, she felt like this was bait… but fine Ursy. You want to play the lady card, Letka would happily oblige you.

As if the haze was lifted she pranced right over and rubbed her full body up against his side, “Oh, Ursy, I didn’t mean to upset you darling, How can I make up for my bad behavior? Perhaps taking a moment in a lonely tunnel just you and I, would that do?” She groomed the side of his neck with a cheeky grin. “I can show you how much of a lady I can be then~” She breathed before prancing on ahead with a giggle.

You’ll get what you want Ursy, you’ll just have to live with what you asked for~

For now she let him sort out that little encounter while she went to check out the other’s who were fleeing. None were happy to look upon her, but with the guards and Urs around they would just have to deal. She needed to know their faces and their scents, she didn’t want the little bastards returning now did she?

Alluna

After all the arguments she had to hear she finally got little food to eat before the group was told to move on. She didn't know any of the young fawns whom were in this group with her, she didn't know anyone except Urs but he wasn't going to say so she knew she'd have to make new friends eventually.

She was roughly in the middle walking with others but she started to slow as she heard whispers from others, she was at the back now just walking trying to not listen to the constant whispers between those lost and broken on the inside. A lot of them whispering about family that they had to leave behind, friends they left without saying goodbyes to.

But what got to the little fawn so much was seeing another fawn with its mother, how she was reassuring the fawn "Everything is going to be alright dear" yes she was still angry with her mother but she wish she had her with her right now.

"Why must everyone have to whisper about loved ones or friends, not like they'll see them ever again!" she grumbled to herself, she just dragged her tail along the caves floor, feeling every vibration from the many hooves hitting the caves floor some in unison others at their own time but all making music in her ears and through the vibrations.

Amnah

From a distance the small doe watched as the little rag-tag group advanced in her direction, with Urs in the lead.  The fawnlings that followed him seemed ...lost, if she could even call it that. Stags, does, and even little fawns walked wistfully behind him.

He had even gotten some of the guards to help protect them from the more unforgiving member of their herd. She couldn’t imagine having to leave the place they’d called home for so long.

Slowly, so as not to startle the band of exiles, the mulberry doe made her way to meet their captain.

“Hello Urs, I’m glad I wasn’t too late.” She exclaimed with a sad smile. “I mean you all no harm, I’ve only come to help.”

Urs

Despite himself, a smirk spread across his dark face.

~There we go.~ he thought in mild satisfaction.

His streak of mischievousness was short lived though. Letka’s feline body pressed firmly against his and the Captain felt himself tense.

Curse this doe and her silly feminine ways.

“No, you would enjoy that too much..”  he whispered, swallowing as she groomed his neck.

A friendly voice drifted into his ears, causing Urs to detach himself from the red doe.

“Amnah. Your company is always welcomed.”

The large stag smiled and stepped over to greet his friend. He had not gotten the chance to see her often since their trek into Oathbreaker lands for her herbs.

LETKA,

“I don’t doubt it Ursy-bear, but I’m sure you’d love to let your hair down much more than I.” She commented in passing, only slightly distracted, she was trying to focus on bodies, but eh group was growing.. how taxing.

Though, the young doe’s fitful attempt at rebellion on her situation was not lost on Letka as it was Urs, though he was distracted by a new voice, The red doe looked the female over rather critically, her dark eyes taking in her very presence for only a second before casting it to the side. Urs had left her to greet this new face. Letka had to admit she knew little to nothing about this doe, and she supposed that was good..

Can’t hate someone you don’t know from nose to rump right?

But she left the two to converse, be it her confidence in her situation, or her lack of interest was unknown, or perhaps her was her focus on what Alluna had whined about before.

The doe watched her quietly, the fawn looked defeated, perhaps deflated, that nagging bit of talk she had with Urs was tapping at the back of her skull. She did not roll the dice for her to be here… her sires did. But it didn’t take away the fact that she was, still, a Oathbreaker regardless.

She had to wonder if this fawn would voice herself louder, or if she would continue to only berate herself in her muttering.

Hard to tell.

“What’s that hun, you wanna speak up a little louder?” Letka prodded, why not? Sometimes you had to add a little to soft baby fires now don’t you? The doe looked toward Alluna’s sagged body whom was only walking to reach it’s destination…

And she’d be no fun if she went fully numb.

Alluna

The small doe was startled when a voice was projected her way by the doe who looked at her differently not just because she was a half-blood but for some other reason and she didn't know why.

"Sure I'll say it again and maybe you can help answer it?" She said maturely even though she wasn't yet mature.

"Why must everyone whisper about family or friends it's not like they'll see them again" she said in her normal voice.

Does that please you miss huh? Does it! Wanna choose another fawn to ask questions too? Maybe they'll have parents with them if they're the lucky ones!

She was angered not at this doe who asked her a question but at her mother for leaving her without an explanation also for Ajani's death and the new degree the king put up.

She didn't know how to feel about any of this and she didn't know who to talk to about her worries, she was unsure about this doe who seemed to be wanting to get close to Urs.

Letka,

The doe looked amused, but she listened to the fawn spout off her mouth, upset was an understatement, but that was good.. she had a fire in her belly, it would make her a more interesting doe when she grew older.

“No one has to whisper dove. Everyone here could scream and cry, demand that Gealach himself saves them, to show them the light of his grand wings. None here has once told you all to keep quiet. By all means.. scream… thrash, damn those who have cause this, the stag, that king who caused your pain.” She strode up to the filly now, looking at her, still amused. “But also remember the one that put you here was the ones who had you.” Her tail flicked heavily.

“They did this, not you, though your existence is one that I don’t desire, you did not wish for your own birth to be as such. It was your sire and your mother.. I hope you burn brightly at the idea that they have done this, they deserve most of your malice that is coiled hot in your belly.” She said softly.

“But by all means… let out your frustration, for this is the last time you do so before you are rejected from Oakfern. Even I could never deny you that right~” She mused.

Urs

His head turned after greeting Amnah, regarding Letka and little Alluna. He grew distracted from the others, ears straining to hear the two does' voices.

Nothing. The soft hum of worried voices kept the stag from eavesdropping. Slowly, at first, Urs began to walk to them. He was able to pick up on the end of the talk before stopping near them.

"It is true, the fault will never be your own Alluna."he answered gently. "But, you will never be truly alone, or unloved."
His voice was a calm and soothing as he touched his muzzle to her shoulder. A promise hung under his words, not outwardly spoken, but no less true.

This filly was the closest he ever expected to have as a fawn of his own.

The Captain would never abandon her.

Urs's deep brown eyes flickered to Letka, regarding the red doe with a  cool complexion. His emotions of her talking to the filly unknown as a mask covered his expression.

Letka,

Letka didn’t steel herself, she felt him coming, the little hairs on her back were near standing on end, Ursy must have a hard time being stealthy, nothing but a big chunk of stag meat…

Heh.

He regarded the fawn more tenderly than she had, history was there, perhaps he thought himself her knight? It didn’t matter, the whole thing was curious to see, but the gze he settled her with after he was done was accusing, no matter how he seemed to mask it. “Goodness, if you have something to say then voice it. Bear your fangs if you must.” She mused looking up at him now, “But you know that what I speak is the truth, just because I do not sugar coat it to your liking don’t make it suddenly false.” She flicked her tail with a bit of annoyance.

“Unless you see fit to challenge his position… Ursy, dear?” It was a question, almost low hanging fruit, “Then lets not pretend that she doesn't have a voice…” She muttered. “I took your advice to heart, be greatful, I did not blame her, for you know I could have.” she almost hissed the last part as she slipped off looking.. cross. Let he and the fawn play kumbaya…

Pretend he can run to her at a moments notice.

She was a fawn to be unleashed on her own, outside of her own herd, even Letka understood the gravity of that situation. It was unfair to the young, but this was the facts.

And Unless Ursy himself thought to challenge the situation, then this fawn was as good as dead to Letka. They all were… Oathbreakers all. Gealach would collect them soon enough.

Alluna

She listened to the red does words, hearing blunt and total truth from what she was saying to her. Little did the red doe know that Alluna already blamed all the pain and tragedy in her life on her parents, her mother a pure Oakfern tricked by a blackwood stag, she still kept her she knew what was going to happen to Alluna as she grew up but the fact that she would just leave her in this world alone was not right of just in any way.

"The truth you speak is blunt but needed, thank you Letka" she spoke more mature than her age, the fire burning in her belly still strong even as Urs touched her shoulder the fire didn't dim or leave.

"I believe you Urs, but honestly do you believe most of these oathbreakers whom had never left the caverns before to suddenly go out into the world and try to live to actually adapt and survive?" She said speaking her mind about this situation, she bet none of these fawnlings she would have to live with had ever been out of the caverns before and that could be one thing that'll ruin them.

Her eyes followed the red doe, she intrigued Alluna a lot as when they talked it was a fiery clash of emotion. She did not adore the doe but if circumstances were different Alluna might've looked to her as a role model, as she looked like a strong doe one to not be messed with.

Urs

Eyes were upon him now, he could feel them crawling over his pelt.

Letka’s words nipped at him, causing the Captain to snort. Challenge Nazam?.. No.. no he would not do such a thing. He spoke an oath to herd, king, oracle, and god above.

Urs was no disloyal dog to snap at one of his ‘masters’.

It was Alluna’s speech that truly hurt him though.

~No.~ he thought. ~No I can still protect you all. You are part of our herd, just in a different area now. We still patrol the world above.~ but the large stag said none of these things.

“We are here.” were the only words to escape his lips. Breaking through the gloom to the jungle, Urs leaped over to the side of the entrance to speak to one of his guards.

The area was clear, no sign of any predators, everything was as good as it could get. A small stream trickled into the rocks, down to feed one of the underground rivers most likely. There was an abundance of vegetation as well, and some caves in the rocky sides of the mountains where to jungle thinned. They had homes and everything they could need.

He watched as each of the half bloods emerged. Some were terrified, while other curious or accusing. The Captain kept his face warm and kind though.

He made sure each little group and individual was settled, personally checking on each one. He promised to visit and that the guards would continue to patrol the area while they established themselves. He managed a sad goodbye to his friends, and little Alluna before leaving the next morning.

A bitter taste hung in his mouth.

~This will not be their fate~ he silently promised himself.
A VERYYYYYYY belated rp :XD: Im so sorry.
